Our delicate pastry cases need protection, so they will arrive with you well packed and protected from the supply chain. We also only work with couriers where we have tested our packaging and products and ensure care throughout the process. If you do have issues on receipt of you order, please get in touch quoting your order number.

We aim to offer the longest possible shelf life, that could be 4 months plus, but we guarantee your products will always have 2 weeks life unless otherwise advertised. In all likelihood you will receive products with months as opposed to weeks it just depends on our stock holding/sales balance.

All our vol au vent and pastry cases are sold ambient, then can be frozen after purchase.
