With nearly 30 years of combined experience in the food industry, working for some of the biggest and most well known brands in the UK, we finally found our passion……delicious flaky pastry….Vol Au Vent cases!

As a family business, with young children in tow, but keen to be the master of our destiny (a story familiar to many I am sure), we finally found our niche. With different skill sets in marketing and customer relationships/sales we set out reinvigorating the image of vol au vents/ pastry cases and how they can be used. A much loved, but out of fashion party staple was in need of our help, so the idea was born and our family business is now selling vol au vents cases direct to your door all year round and working with well known brands and retailers.
